About the Visionary

Sade Porter is a blazing woman. Totally on fire for God. She stands boldly on truth. She exudes confidence, and her light shines bright. Sade serves her community with gladness, and she believes it still takes a village.

Mission

Our mission at Think Bigger Leadership is to restore the love in our community by restoring the village. We believe in holding one another accountable, but most importantly oneself. Our goal is to make a difference wherever there's a lack of integrity, love, resources, or hope. We believe together we ALL can make the world a better place.

Vision

Create honest, empathetic, and impactful leaders.

Why Implement Think Bigger Leadership in Your school

Think bigger leadership helps students develop strategies to overcome adversities, build character, and become effective leaders.

What People Are Saying

Sade Porter is a very hardworking young lady whom I have had the pleasure of knowing since she was a high school student at Osborn High School. She has grown into a very hardworking individual in the Osborn community. She spent a large amount of time in my department (Exceptional Needs) and did an excellent job assisting our students. She has very good communication skills and the students trust her very much. She helps with their lessons and with their reading. I have no doubt she will be an excellent worker.

Coach Gregory Jordan Paraprofessional

I have had the pleasure of knowing Sade Porter for a year. We met because she volunteers at her former high school and my current place of employment. Osborn High School. Sade has been a reliable source of support during this year. She has found success in establishing both trusting and meaningful relationships with our scholars in the Mildly Cognitively Impaired self-contained classroom. We both look forward to her adding perspective and encouragement to scholars who need extra during classroom discussions. Because she takes pride in the growth of the scholars, she has rewarded them with treats to encourage an environment of academic progress. She is a valuable piece of our educational environment and I know she will be an asset in any environment she chooses.
